Our process

Fruit Selection

Once our avocado arrives from the field, we take it through a selection process where we choose, the avocado from higher quality, without defects or damage and we separate it from avocado that has damages such as Roña, smallpox, thrips, among others.

Avocado Classification

Later our fruit goes through filters, where it is classified by weight and caliber, in addition to being cleaned of dust, which returns its natural shine.

Product Packaging and Inspection

Our staff packs the fruit, where they classify it again by categories 1 and 2, according to the customer's specification. Our quality staff verifies that the fruit is classified, that the boxes are well weighed, and is the correct caliber, to guarantee you the best product.

Pre-cooled and conservation chambers

To guarantee the shelf life of our avocado, it takes a pre-cooled process in our cold rooms, there they are stored at a temperature of 4 to 8 degrees depending the seasons of the year, and then the product is protected in the conservation area to maintain temperatures.

Efficient logistics

To deliver our avocado in a timely manner, efficient logistics is required. We transport the avocado by trailer with cold boxes to ensure that our product arrives in the same conditions as when it came out. Our excellent quality of customer service combined with our responsibility to deliver the product in precise time is gradually leading us to be a recognized company in the avocado industry.
